Another tailor shop with humble beginnings, this time from a simple market stall, Yaly has grown into three beautiful boutiques, located in the Ancient Town, over the years. A Dong Silk is a professional bespoke tailoring company, strongly affirmed by top tourism websites such as Lonely Planet and TripAdvisor. The initial appearance of their flagship store, located on 62 Tran Hung Dao Street, is a million miles away from your average, often shabby-looking Hoi An tailor shop that seems as if it needs to refit itself. There are two floors here full of fabulous fabric, imported and local, for you to choose from. Orders from their three locations are sent to a separate workshop.

The A Dong Silk stores are among those rare tailor shops in Hoi An that offer a high-end experience, strongly committed to creating the best designs and products for their customers. The team here is well-trained in the craft and know exactly the right questions to ask to make the perfect fit for you. Despite being a luxurious shop, you are still able to get a custom dress shirt made for as little as 20 USD, which is about the same as you’d pay for an off-the-rack shirt in a boutique shop. Prices for suits begin at 120 USD, which for the quality of materials and skill put into creating them, is a great bargain.

Kimmy Tailor has been around the longest out of the tailor shops mentioned in this list.
